Words, words, words....

vaxjediI'm working on Sinnish still. I have been working on it for a long time, but I think I figured out the block - I've been focusing on it in the abstract, with no words. And I've been trying to make it 'right'. But there is no right with language - if it is coherent, it works.
I guess I want to mae it not just a different version of English. It'll be my first full ocnlang, but'll be my most important, as I'll be using it as a magickal tool.
A sample:

oozh sach ooleeDAM aa
I-active should firstperson-sing progressive
I should begin singing
The fun part will be idioms. Ever realize how much of our speech is idiom. For instance, 'to make good' means to succeed. But by itself, it's odd. To make good what? To make 'good' as in goodness? Is that success? What about a sacrifice for the common good, isn't that 'making good', but isn't necessarily success.
I'm gonna do a lot of compounds. For instance, 'to scream' will be 'to thundertalk'.
Also, I'm adding some personal philosophical ideas into it. There is no single word for body, it's 'uZkaruhm', meaning 'earth self'. self is the basic unit. Aspects of the self are built from it. For example:
earth self - body
air self - intellect
water self - emotion, feelings
fire self - libido
thunder self - charisma
sky self - spirit
sun self - aura
plague self - your negative aspects, your 'bad points'
shadow self - the part of yourself you keep hidden
I may also institute a gender system. But Im not too sure of this. Maybe I'll have four genders: male, female, both, neither. And then it; is possible for every noun to have any one of those genders. But the gender makes a difference in the definition. earth-neither is just dirt. earth-female is grown you plant in, loam. earth-male is stone. earth-both is... I dunno. Or maybe I'll have a limited set of nouns that have gender. parent-male is father, parent-female is mother, etc.
I joked with one person about having 'orientations', instead of gender. So chair is a bisexual noun, while football is straight and dancing is gay. hehehehe. I could go easy and just have a wide array of gendered pronouns. Or have nouns with no inherent gender, but have affixes which specify gender, or orientation.
I think I will have three plurality states - single, plural and aggregate. Aggregate is a grop entity. Human, humans and humanity, respectively. I think nouns will be heavily inflected (different affix for each combination of plurality and case and possibly gender).
So many options. I just want it to be cool. :) and when I have a good chunk of it done, I will translate my story Rapture into it. Not only will it be cool, but it'll show me things I'm missing in the language.
