Addendum: House stuff

The slowness on the seller's side is, apparently, the government's fault. Specifically the Veteran's Administration. You see, the seller is in the Army. He's had a rough time because his wife left hinm with al of the bills. He's getting a loan or such through the VA to clean up his house payments for the sale or something. So the VA wants to do an appraisal of the house. It was supposed to be last week. But looks like it won't get done until Sunday. And then the paperwork can get processed and maybe we'll be able to sign next week or so.
