We are the flow. We are the ebb.
We are the weaver. We are the web.

We are all nodes on Indra's infinite jeweled web. We are all jewels, infinitely reflective. If you look into our facets, you see the the reflections of every other jewel in us. We are an intangled web of connections. We are an intricate interwoven lattice, like series of interconnected celtic knots from person to person to person.

Like gravity, we affect each an every other part of our universe, even if that effect is too small to notice. Every joy in the world is a joy that effects us. Every tragedy is a tragedy that makes us less than we were. Every person is a unique intersection in this web, a unique jewel like no other, irreplacible. This is the basis of compersion, the joy in other people's joy. We are special because we are part of this web. And that means every single person. And that means even if that joy or beauty doesn't come directly from you, it is your joy as well. Every step toward salvation for each person brings every other person closer as well.

We are all in this together.

I think I am understanding the scope of the Rapture more clearly. And I understand that the Rapture has many mediums. And I think that the Rapture is intimate. But it is also immersive. And I realize that things like music and art are probably the most efficient expressions of the Rapture.

These things speak to us on the deepest level. And that's the level that the Rapture operates on. That deep, fundimental level. And the musician has the most effective way at inspiring that. My path of Rapture, sazh is powerful, intimate and immediate. But it is not pervasive. It cannot reach into the soul of a person as easily as music. I have to circumvent walls, I have to deal with taboos and neuroses. But music bypasses that so easily. It can affect millions, while I can effect only a few at a time. My Rapture is intimate, one-on-one or in small groups. But 'shaladal speaks to the musicians out there as well. Her poetry is flesh, but it is song as well.
